“I just had to write to you about a recent experience I had with your team. On Sat., a pipe connection loosened and separated due to the water temp, gushing water and potentially draining the pool. I was able to temporarily stop the flow.
Monday 8 am I called your office…by 12:30 the pool was back up and running!!!!!!!
What a great team you have. We have now been with you for ten years and I have always been pleased and impressed with you and your staff but this time I had to put it in writing, to make it official.
