Pool Maintenance Education
Once the pool is filled, our service department will contact you to schedule
your “Start Up,” session. During this training session we’ll
make sure you understand everything you need to know to maintain your
new Aqua Pool. “Start Up” sessions are usually scheduled during
normal business hours and may require several hours to complete. If your
time is limited during those hours, phone support is always available.
Weekly Maintenance Visits
If you live within our *service range, you’ll receive four
Free Weekly Maintenance visits. On each visit, we’ll clean your
pool, net, brush and vacuum. We’ll also clean the filter, test the
water and review any procedures with you. Our goal is to keep an eye on
our product – we want it to be perfect for you. Weekly Maintenance
Visits are scheduled to begin the week after “Start Up.”
Follow-up
After 30 days you’ll receive a certified letter along with a "Punch
List" to provide us with information to make sure that everything
is exactly the way it should be. We want your feedback to ensure your
complete satisfaction.
About one month prior to the end of the 1-year “bumper to bumper”/“no
questions asked” warranty, you’ll receive another certified
letter asking you to let us know if anything is not perfect – giving
you time to have repairs done under warranty.
