After more than 25 years of unwavering dedication, Deb Callender—our beloved VP of Service and Service Manager—is retiring at the end of June.

Deb joined Aqua Pool in 1998, and from the very beginning, she brought not only her expertise but also her warmth, drive, and steady leadership to the service department. Under her guidance, our service team experienced tremendous growth and evolved into the respected, reliable division it is today. Her contributions helped shape the culture and success of Aqua Pool in countless ways.

But Deb wasn’t just a leader—she became like family. To many of us, she is a mother, sister, and best friend all in one. Her presence will be deeply missed, both personally and professionally. While we’ll no longer see her in the office every day, she lives nearby and remains a close friend to so many of us. This isn’t goodbye—it’s just the start of a well-earned new chapter.

We invite our customers, partners, and community members to join us in celebrating Deb’s incredible legacy at a special open house on Friday, June 27th at our headquarters, located at 53 Newberry Road, East Windsor, CT 06088. Feel free to stop by anytime throughout the day.
