The Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) has recently named its winners for the 2021 Outstanding Achievement Awards – Service Competition. Aqua Pool has been awarded the Silver Award for their exemplary customer service and customer relations. With hundreds of service companies in the Northeast, Aqua Pool is honored to be only 1 of 11 that were recognized for this reward. We were also only one of two honored in the state of Connecticut!
In the Service Competition, each company was judged by their customers, who were asked to rate the customer service they received over the last year. The companies were evaluated on six categories of service: response time, service performance for repairs, employee appearance and attitude, recommendations, and overall performance.
The awards’ purpose is to recognize and reward NESPA members whose service quality and repairs are combined with a high customer service level. The recognized companies meet their professional challenges while maintaining a positive, accommodating, and informative attitude with their customers.
